Hunt Application - for Fulfillment Farms and Clay Hill

Fulfillment Farms Applicants:

Thank you for your interest in participating in the hunt program at Fulfillment Farms in Esmont, Virginia.  The Farm is private land, owned and operated by The Wildlife Foundation of Virginia, a non-profit organization, for wildlife habitat and the enjoyment of outdoor enthusiasts.

In order to process your request, please complete the online application form below no later than October 29, 2023.  Permit applications received after that date will not be accepted.  

Please note the following important information:

  • If you have held a hunt permit for the past two consecutive years (2021 and 2022) you are not required to attend a safety briefing this year. If that is not the case, you are required to come to an onsite safety briefing in order to receive your permit. The first safety briefing will be September 24, 2023 at 1 pm at the monument. The second and final safety briefing will be held on October 29, 2023 1 pm at the monument.  Post briefing, to download your permit, you will be required to read and digitally sign the 2023-24 general and hunt rules, as well as a liability waiver form.  Detailed instructions on this process will be disseminated at the safety briefing.  

  • If you are a first-time hunter to Fulfillment Farms, you will be required to scout prior to receiving your permit. Scouting opportunities will be provided after each safety briefing. You are also required to attend an onsite safety briefing prior to receiving your permit.

  • If you arrive late to the briefing you will not be issued a permit, and will need to attend another briefing.  

Clay Hill Applicants:

Thank you for your interest in participating in the hunt program at Clay Hill in Amelia, Virginia.  The Farm is private land, owned and operated by The Wildlife Foundation of Virginia, a non-profit organization, for wildlife habitat and the enjoyment of outdoor enthusiasts.

In order to process your request, please complete the online application form below no later than November 10, 2023.  Permit applications received after that date will not be accepted.  

We sincerely appreciate your interest in hunting one of the Foundation’s properties. We hope to be able to provide you with a quality hunting experience this year.  I would also ask that you please consider a tax-deductible donation to The Wildlife Foundation, in order to help us offset expenses associated with farm operations.  We are supported by private donations, and your contribution is invaluable to us in continuing to further our mission.
